According to Article 13 (1) and (2) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/ EC (Official Journal of the European Union L No. 119, page 1), further on GDPR, we would like to inform you that:

2. Your personal data may be processed for the purpose of direct marketing of our own products: submitting offers, processing requests for quotations, order fulfillment - shipment of goods, issuing of accounting documents, conducting of complaints procedures and fulfillment of the legal obligation of the data controller (e.g. these resulting from tax or accounting regulations).
Our website collects information on cookies, IP address, type of a browser you are using, language, type of operating system, Internet service provider, time and date you access our site, location and data provided via the contact form. Using the website is tantamount to consent to the use of cookies. The data collected in this way allow us to monitor, how you use our website and analyze the traffic on the website.
3. Your data can be passed to the following recipients and categories of recipients: transport or courier companies, public administration offices, payment system operators, lawyer’s offices and accounting offices, units supporting certificates. Only the data necessary to execute the orders and those provided by law or necessary for pursuing claims are transferred.
Data receivers may also be entities, that ensure the security of IT systems, provide information technology, software, hosting or those responsible for managing websites, creating backups or analyzing data.
4. Your personal data will be processed for a period necessary to achieve the objectives set out in point 2, possibly up to the moment of your objection to such processing.
5. At any time you have the right to access your data, to rectify or delete them, to limit the processing, the right of objection, the right to request the transfer of your data to the other controllers or to withdraw the consent to the processing of data; the withdrawal of a consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing, which was made on the basis of a consent before its withdrawal, to the extent resulting from the provisions of the GDPR.
6. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if you consider that the processing of your personal data infringes the provisions of the GDPR.
7. The data controller has no intention to transfer your personal data to a third country or an international organization.
8. Your data will not be processed in an automated way, including in the form of profiling.
